If sending a package to us:  
Please be sure to obtain a receipt from your post office, as we cannot take any responsibility for the goods before we receive them.  .
When you place your order, you will receive confirmation by return e-mail. This will have an Order ID number. Please make sure that you quote and enclose this Order ID number with the item you are sending to us. Please also ensure that you do not send the presentation box. (just wrap the item in a little bubble wrap.)

*** If sending from overseas by a carrier eg UPS, FedEx etc, please ensure you tick the box marked "Sender Pays" as we will not accept any packages where duty or shipping charges must be paid. .
